Dr Jaimini Raniga qualified as a medical doctor from St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, London University in 1982 and has been a medical practitioner of Family and Integrative Medicine for the last 30 years.
Jaimini applies a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness, integrating the best of conventional and complimentary health care modalities. Her special interests are lifestyle and functional medicine and preventive medicine. Jaimini’s conviction that a more personalised approach to treating and resolving medical problems and illness, has culminated in a unique, integrated health and wellness programme, that draws on the many techniques she has learned over the last 22 years, viz. Girish completed his B.Com (Hons) degree at the University of Durban Westville in 1979, having served his articles with Goldby, Compton & Mackelvie (Associate of Touche Ross). He then immigrated to Australia where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and spent the next 30 years in this industry. Specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions, Girish gained vast international experience in corporate finance, having worked in South Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom and Central Africa.
Having witnessed firsthand the pressures and stress that the corporate environment imposes on people, he began to explore techniques and methods to handle this problem. Girish decided to expand his studies in the field of stress management and corporate wellness, and is now a fully qualified professional life coach. Coaching is not new to Girish. He was a South African provincial (Natal) tennis champion in his youth, and in his twenties he captained the Natal inter-provincial team for many years and coached hundreds of scholars.

Brenda qualified as a naturopath in 1992 from Sydney’s Nature Care College where she was the winner of the Blackmores Best Clinician Award.
She went on to work for the iconic brand for 6 years obtaining valuable expertise, qualifications, and experience. Since then Brenda has deepened her knowledge of natural medicine and healing through clinical practice, corporate training and ongoing professional studies.
Brenda is qualified in naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and massage. She has recently upgraded her qualifications for the latest advances in naturopathic and nutritional medicine. Brenda is a credentialed life coach (PCC) and has an MBA from Macquarie University. Brenda is also a yoga teacher trained by Swami Sarasvati.
Brenda has a special interest in nutrition and food and is a passionate advocate for home cooking, kitchen medicine, and natural, wholesome foods. She believes the more we grow and prepare our own food the healthier we will be. She’s had some interesting interludes in her career for travel to Bhutan, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Nepal, USA, and Indonesia where, in each place, she investigated the traditional medicine practices and foods of the country.
Brenda assists people to become their “own best doctor”. She works with weight loss issues, children’s complaints, mood and stress disorders as well as many other conditions. She offers naturopathic consultations and testing including live and coagulated blood morphology, bio-impedance analysis for body composition, the latest in iris analysis techniques. She also offers coaching sessions, 8-week health programs and therapeutic massage with essential oils. Brenda also runs nutrition and cooking workshops and is a regular speaker and yoga teacher at Sydney’s Billabong retreat.

Tilak completed his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Monash University in 1971. He worked for Commonwealth Government for four years in the department of Environment and Conservation. He worked in the State Pollution Control Commission for four years and a further 17 years in Environment and Planning.
Tilak qualified as an Acupuncturist in 1986 from the colleges of Acupuncture, Sydney. Therafter he spent one month in China to gain hands on practical experience .
In 1990 Tilak joined All Care Medical Centre in Hammondville as an acupuncturist.
In 1997 he furthered his skills by gaining a certificate in clinical hypnotherapy, attended massage courses at the Sydney’s Nature Care College and completed a certificate course in Specific Frequency Micro current.
Tilak specializes in pain management, having a high success rate in all the conditions mentioned on the Acupuncture Service page.
Tilak also spent some time in China learning to treat Stroke patients with Acupuncture , and found he achieved good results in stroke patients who had facial paralysis.
Tilak has come to realise that a significant number of injuries occur due to incorrect posture, especially during lifting, and sitting in front of a computer. During his treatments sessions he provides advise on correcting posture and rehabilitation exercises.
