Dr Jaimini Raniga qualified as a medical doctor from St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, London University in 1982 and has been a medical practitioner of Family and Integrative Medicine for the last 30 years.

Her special interests are lifestyle and functional medicine and preventive medicine. Girish completed his B.Com (Hons) degree at the University of Durban Westville in 1979, having served his articles with Goldby, Compton & Mackelvie (Associate of Touche Ross). He then immigrated to Australia where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and spent the next 30 years in this industry. Specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions, Girish gained vast international experience in corporate finance, having worked in South Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom and Central Africa.
Having witnessed firsthand the pressures and stress that the corporate environment imposes on people, he began to explore techniques and methods to handle this problem. Girish decided to expand his studies in the field of stress management and corporate wellness, and is now a fully qualified professional life coach. Coaching is not new to Girish. He was a South African provincial (Natal) tennis champion in his youth, and in his twenties he captained the Natal inter-provincial team for many years and coached hundreds of scholars.

Dr Nindhi Ahilan graduated from the UNSW in 2004 with Honours. She studied Ayurvedic Medicine in Kerala in 2003 as part of a medical elective. She went onto complete further hospital training at Concord Hospital, Canterbury Hospital and Broken Hill Base Hospitals. She completed her training as a general practitioner in 2010 having worked in Tamworth, Windsor, Blacktown, Breakfast Point and Pymble. As a result she has extensive experience in a range of health conditions. She began further training in Nutritional and Environmental medicine in 2013. She is a member of ACNEM (Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine) and A5M (Australasian college of Antiageing Medicine) and is continually expanding her knowledge base in order to help you. She is also an examiner for the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners)

Brenda qualified as a naturopath in 1992 from Sydney’s Nature Care College where she was the winner of the Blackmores Best Clinician Award. She went on to work at Blackmores for 6 years obtaining valuable expertise, qualifications and experience. Since then Brenda has deepened her knowledge of natural medicine and healing through clinical practice and ongoing professional studies in advanced herbal medicine, life coaching, fertility, live blood analysis, energetic medicine, yoga, women’s mysteries and aromatherapy.
Brenda has a special interest in food as medicine and is a passionate advocate for home cooking, kitchen medicine and whole foods. Brenda’s love of food as a primary healing modality extends to nature’s gift, herbal medicine. She blends individual formulas for most of her clients in order to target their specific needs. Brenda considers herself a traditional naturopath believing that simplicity is often the key to success in making major lifestyle changes. She likes to consider the whole of the patient including their relationships to their family, their environment, their work and, especially, themselves.
Brenda’s own challenging journey with fertility and a history of an eating disorder has led her to work primarily with hormonal issues including fertility, difficulty losing weight and mood issues. Tilak completed his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Monash University in 1971. He worked for Commonwealth Government for four years in the department of Environment and Conservation. He worked in the State Pollution Control Commission for four years and a further 17 years in Environment and Planning.
Tilak qualified as an Acupuncturist in 1986 from the colleges of Acupuncture, Sydney. Therafter he spent one month in China to gain hands on practical experience .
In 1990 Tilak joined All Care Medical Centre in Hammondville as an acupuncturist.
In 1997 he furthered his skills by gaining a certificate in clinical hypnotherapy, attended massage courses at the Sydney’s Nature Care College and completed a certificate course in Specific Frequency Micro current.
Tilak specializes in pain management, having a high success rate in all the conditions mentioned on the Acupuncture Service page.
Tilak also spent some time in China learning to treat Stroke patients with Acupuncture , and found he achieved good results in stroke patients who had facial paralysis.
Tilak has come to realise that a significant number of injuries occur due to incorrect posture, especially during lifting, and sitting in front of a computer. During his treatments sessions he provides advise on correcting posture and rehabilitation exercises.

Thais completed a Bachelor of Social Science with majors in Psychology from UWS in 2006 and her Post graduate Diploma in Psychology also from UWS in 2008. She completed a Diploma of Psychological Practice from The College of Psychological Practice (St. Leonards). Thais then completed her Psychological Internship at Interaction Disabilities Services in 2010..
Thais started out in the disability field for 7 years and then went on to work in several medical centres and some private medical practices. She has been and is continuing to do counselling services and Psychological testing at Arndell Anglican College in Oakville, Sydney.
Thais specialises in depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, stress and burnout, family and relationship issues, anger management, eating disorders, personality disorders and addictions. The therapeutic models that Thais primarily uses include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Thais has a special interest in Attachment Theory, Scheme Theory and Health – specifically the link between “food and mood.”
