Eat Well to Live Well

The stomach is a factory for disease or health: Make sure what you eat is healthy, and eat only after you’ve digested what you ate before. Eating itself is a type of Yoga.

I often say, ‘Eat your liquids, drink your solids.’ And, of course, take care of the type of food you eat. What is the natural food for our bodies?

Our bodies are made for vegetarian food. So eat well, eat the proper food, chew well, and digest well. The human body is a great, beautiful mechanism that is divinely created. It can recuperate and heal itself if we allow it to be healed.
